Can CmdMessenger send and receive commands with parameters?

Hi Arduino experts,

I would like to check with the more experienced engineers here whether CmdMessenger can send and receive commands with parameters? I know it can handle commands but not sure whether it is flexible enough to handle commands with parameters.
