Can Emoncms sends Email?

In my home, i use Emoncms for monitoring my Photovoltaic. Il work, but i would receive any email if any value is low (like production). Can Emoncms sends email? I read this article GitHub - emoncms/event_archived: Setup actions to occur when a feed goes above, below or is equal a set value. Set another feed or send an email, but i don't understand it.

I have arduino UNO whith ethernet shield.

Help me.

Emoncms is an open-source web-app for processing, logging and visualising energy, temperature and other environmental data. To send data to Emoncms, you must use an Arduino Sketch.
