Can Endress+Hauser Liquisys M connect to arduino?

Hi, im new here. im very curious want to know that can Endress+Hauser Liquisys M connect to arduino? because i want to build automatic valve (using relay) with the source of digital signal from Liquisys M Endress+Hauser. Thankyou verymuch

It would be unusual if a signal that had any right to call itself digital could not be utilized to inform the flow through an Arduino sketch.

I suggest digitalRead() and any minor electronics to bring this alleged signal into the voltage range appropriate for that.

According to the data sheet for the Liquisys M CLM223/253 Endress+Hauser, Arduino inputs can be interfaced to the digital alarm outputs using 4-20 mA converter modules, and likewise, serial inputs to the data output using Rs485 modules.
