Can esp32 communicate with 2 nano BLE sense boards?

My current plan is after 2 nano BLE sense boards did some TinyML inference, they send the result to esp32 via BLE, then esp32 send the result to the internet via WIFI. Is this plan feasible?

I see, so to achieve this, I need to set up a ESP32 as a bluetooth central, and 2 nano as periphercal, is it right?
