can i build in-door location sensor?

is there any way to build location sensor like
Galaxy Visitor works.
the Quadcopter know what is your position in-door and out-door
and how can i build something like it ... ?

You would need a GPS on the body sending location data to the quadcopter.

You would then need to program the quadcopter to follow.

gps is not good for my project ...
because i need to get location in door , under a roof.
or distance between two arduno dynamic objects in door under roof.

Radio direction finder would works, is the internal wall isn't concrete. You may get position accuracy +-10 cm, using two units like this:

One more if you need 3D.
