Can I connect Chinese or Korean car audio's LCD to Arduino?

Hello,
I have 2 LCD screens:

  1. Korean Pioneer Carrozzeria AVIC-HRZ09-s LCD screen. I think this is 800x600..

  2. Chinese US-DVD-CRUZ-08-s screen Also 800x600 I think.. It has MST717C-LF microcontroller on back side...

Can I connect one of these LCD-s to my Arduino Uno? Or I can't use them and I must just throw this into dust-bin?..
