I haven't seen codes like the one used in stepper motors to control servo motors, is it possible to control servo motors like stepper motors, if for example I want to rotate it 3 and a half times used to go to a certain distance in millimeters? Thank you!

Yes, that combo is perfect, although unlikely to be cheap!
They include brake and encoder support, so you’ll need to play a while finding the sweet spot for acceleration and parking with that combination.
Looks like a fun project.
