That's actually what I thought. I connected them exactly that way but still not working.
Nota: Between each measurement, during the deep sleep, I still have 350uA in my circuit, and ~1.9V between the collector and the base, and ~3.3V between the collector and the emitter. When the deep sleep is over (i.e. during the measurement) both drop by ~0.2-0.3V.
