Can I remotely troubleshoot or monitor the Arduino UNO + Xbee set up?

Hello everyone,

I am doing a project with ultrasonic sensor. All I have a Arduino Xbee S2B hooked up to Arduino UNO which has ultrasonic sensor. Now the data collected by this Xbee is transmitted to another Xbee(S2B) which is connected to my PC.

My question is :

Can I program/troubleshoot/monitor the Arduino UNO + Xbee set up remotely? Can I program it from my Personal Computer which has got another Xbee communicating with the Arduino UNO + Xbee set up?
