Can i use 4.1 volts on neo 6m gps module?

My Power supply is 4.1 volts.
Can i use 4.1 volts directly on neo 6m gps module?

I know operating volts of neo 6m gps module is 2.7 to 3.6

Or if i decrease 4.1 to 3.5volt what resistor i use?
Anybody please help me.

Don't use a resistor. The voltage that it drops will vary with the current through it. You could use a silicone rectifier diode like the 1N4148 or 1N914. That will drop a pretty constant 0.6V to 0.8V.
