Can I use a UNO programmed as ISP with AVR Studio 5 to program other chips?

Can I use a Uno with AVR studio 5 to program other chips as tinys and mega devices ?

I don't see why it shouldn't be possible. You should be able tu upload the ArduinoISP sketch on the UNO, and be able to use it as a programmer in Atmel Studio (you may need a plugin).

Can you suggest a plugin?

I haven't used Arduino as ISP with Atmel studio. However I found this link

I read that. I have downloaded AVRStudio 5 with my amazingly slow internet in 5 days. For installation on my 20 years old machine, It took 3 hrs. Still, I have started downloading Atmel studio 6.2 yesterday. I've modified the position of my WiFi adapter to get better reception.(please don't tell me that I should plug my PC in the router/modem,which is 15 mtr away)
Let's see what happens.

So now is probably a bad time to tell you that you should skip 5 (which everyone says was a low-point), and go straight to 6.2 (for WXP) or 7.0 (any more recent OS)? (no, you say you already started downloading 6.2. Good!)
It takes a couple hours to install on newer PCs too. Largely because you have to keep agreeing to new licenses for each sub-bit. Bleh.
