Yes.

It all depends on what you want to do.

I hopping to replace all the motors on my Kessler Crane Rig: I have an sliders, Revolution Motorized Head and Shuttler pod Slider.

I think Kessler used this brand of motors:

My question is What kind of motors do I need and What kind of controller? I hopping to use this rig for real time video movements.

Thanks
Andy

Hi, why do you need to replace the existing motors.
I can understand updating a control system for the motors, unless you want more performance, but would the rig be up to the extra forces?

Tom......

The Uno is ideal for this kind of thing

I found really hard to find guides, step by steps Plans. 6 year ago I built a CNC, information and plans what way easy to find. not sure if I'm looking at the wrong place.

First, if you want to replace the existing motors, you need to determine exactly the type and build of the existing motors to be able to locate replacements. You might want to check out servocity for similar camera mounts if the DIY approach doesn't work out. Google advanced search might help you find information.
