Can I use c2654/a1129

I Tried google but didn’t find anything helpfull :slight_smile:

Can I use NEC C2654 and NEC A1129 the same Way as my IRL8721 Mosfet, or are complete different types?

Im gonna use it for blinking some 12v led with my Nano and one of the 8721 i faulty and I like recycling if I can :slight_smile:

Those are NPN and PNP transistors , so , no, you can't use them like the mosfet because
transistors are CURRENT controlled whereas mosfets are VOLTAGE controlled.
Also, the specs are totally different.
