Hello:
I'm trying to mount a severino board and now I only have in 'stock' 1 Atmega 328 and 1 Atmega 88. Is it possible to mount those (only one of course at a time) in the Severino Board?
Thanks a lot amd grat forum

Nobody knows that?

is that the board?
Certainly the 328 should work, not sure about the 88. Of course either chip would have to have the Arduino bootloader program burned into it's program memory before it could function with the Arduino IDE software.

Jezuz: Yes is like that but homemade.
Retrolefty: If I try to insert an 328, is it possible to brake it?
Thanks a lot
ne, tehre is no chance to break it... Unless inserted in wrong direction. With atmega88 could be problem with compiling bootloader.

I've inserted a 328 with bootloader and blink LED and it's working but if I try to send a new skretch It returns an error. I've make a serial cable with a direct connection, is it possible?
Thanks
Hello,
We have recently launched the arduino severino with ATMega328.
you may visit our site for more details www.bhasha.co.cc
You get the powerful arduino platform, with double the memory space
at just around $16, very reasonable price
cheers
