Can I use the header pins for LR24 communication to save some standard pins?

I am building a remote for my electric hydrofoil surfboard. *

I have a lot of stuff that I need to attach to a NANO. Can I use some of the header pins for the LR24 communication? Whats up with those anyway? You can see what I mean if you look at my annotations in the picture above.

Those pins have a purpose.
One of which you circled is 3.3 V !

What in the heck are you thinking?

AFAIK the header pins just repeat some of the other pins.
