Can I use the io pins of the blue giga wt11?

Hi,

I studied the information of the bluegiga wt11 and read that the wt11 also has io pins. On the pcb I see the endpoints of the wt11 end up in soldered islands.

My question is: Can I connect these pins also to devices?
