Can intel wifi bt combo chip be connect to arduino

First time posting a question on here. Everything i have had issues with i found by searching here and the all knowing G but not all knowing after my queation.

I have an Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1030 11230BNHMW WiFi 300M+ Bluetooth BT 3.0 Combo Card i removed from a busted laptop, along with a lot of other nice goodies i plan on using, but cannot find any info if it can be hooked to an arduino Mega 2560 or Uno R3 or Nano. So i ask the community can this be hooked to an arduino?

It has so many connection spots but i have gotten great with the iron with some hacks of mine.

Although you will be able to hook it to an Arduino you won't be able to use it with the Arduino. The Arduino is not fast enough to handle a PCIe lane and that's the only interface your module offers.
