Can matrix keypad be used ?

Hi,
I am making my project from a long time and I have posted many questions . This time my question is that in the circuit at :-

Can 4*4 Matrix keypad be used as input? If not then how it can be used.

Yes, use the keypad.h library.

I only include the library rest leave the program-me as it is.

I mean to say that I only include the header file keypad.h and leave rest of the programme as it is.
