Because of the strange problem you are having I have to ask where you got the latest version from?
It seems that you have a library that is very different from what the rest of us have.

Well until OP decides to answer all the questions we won't know how the servos are powered (the nano ATmega168 5V pin output 5V through the on-board regulator), what version of the IDE is used etc... so no point to waste time here...
