can not get a com port to transfer arduino uno code

Hello despite a rigorous installation procedure follow me I do not have a com port to transfer my code on my Arduino uno board. I have tried everything since the last version of the program through the manual installation of the driver of the card and respecting everything that I could find on YouTube and other site. As soon as I plug my card I have a printer LPT port but not a com and no sign with a yellow triangle in my devices that would allow me to install the driver manually.
It is a laptop PC centrino HP of 2013 with Windows 10 home I must say that I often have problems with drivers or software since Microsoft has made its big update (ah I regret my seven). If someone can help me? Thank you. : o

Try using a different USB cable or testing your current cable on another device to verify it works for data. You might have a defective or charge-only cable.

If you're using a USB 3.0 port try a USB 2.0 port or USB 2.0 hub instead.

Issues with drivers can be fixed by a quick google of "turn off driver enforcement" and "install as administrator"
