I had to reinstall windows 7 32 bit on my laptop. Prior to reinstall my arduino ide preferences, contained the option to Auto Show the Serial window upon successful upload. I loved it.... Now I can not find the option ? I have applied all my Windows 7 updates to date. I have tried different ide versions. including the actual arduino folder which was copied on the different drive. Can anyone assist with enabling this feature.
Did you use a non-official Arduino IDE with that option ?
Or have a look in preferences.txt
