Can NRF24L01+ fake BT5 LE packets?

Hi,

Is it possible to fake BT5 LE packets with NRF24L01 atleast for broadcasts like temperature sensor etc.
BT5 LE PHY data rate is 1MBPS, after coding its 125Khz. NRF24L01 already has a test mode, which continuously transmits 1 frequency. This can be used to generate 2 frequencies for each physical 1 bit (a frequency for 1 and another frequency for 0) directly from software at 1 MHZ.

Do note that all the packet handling is bypassed, the chip is only used as a PHY similar to how many older slow transmitters were used with data pin.

It looks like BT5 LE can be implemented this way, atleast for simple TX.
What do you guys think?

Thanks,
WI

I have no idea.

Wouldn't it be much simpler to use a suitable Bluetooth module?

The price of BLE (BT5) modules is nowhere close to NRF24L01 to use it in a throwaway sensor. I am just trying to improve the receiver sensitivity by doing some processing on TX side. On the receiver side, I could use BTLE5 module but not on TX side.
