Start over again
First how many Arduinos 1 or 2? (your Rx code will not work) you can't give the servo position as a single char.
Second if it's two, how are they talking to each other?
You would be better off starting with the Rx Arduino and getting to echo each of the commands you send it. Think about the format of the command!
