Hello,

I have a METER TEROS-12 sensors which I want to pair with an Arduino and need some help.

This sensor can do SDI-12 and DDI protocols. Is it possible to connect this sensor to an Arduino (I have an Uno) without the use of any other intermediary hardware?

If not, what would be the right way to approach this?

A Google search for "SDI-12 protocol arduino" yields 107,000 hits.

Among those is a library to help interface the protocol.

I found a document of the SDI-12 standard.

Also found a SDI-12 data logging shield page by member @liudr that may help with the hardware side.

Less turns up with a search for "DDI protocol arduino"
