Can someone help me with what port to use.

Hi, im very new to Arduino and I own a Arduino Uno from GeekCreit.

When I plug in my Arduino and try to upload a sketch I get this error:

avrdude: ser_open(): can’t open device “/dev/cu.iPhonevanBerry-Wireless-1”: Resource busy

When I use another port I get this:

avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding
avrdude: stk500_getsync() attempt 1 of 10: not in sync: resp=0x00

avrdude: stk500_getsync() attempt 2 of 10: not in sync: resp=0x00

I don’t know what any of this means and I can’t get my Arduino to work. Would be great if anyone could help me.

Have you got it working yet?
It's usually a problem with setting the correct port/board/programmer items under the TOOLs menu
The error messages tell you trying hard to make a connection, but as I say, it's usually a simple setup problem
