Where does your setup function end? Where does loop begin?
Also, don't post screenshots of code and errors. It's really hard to read without an amount of extra messing around.
Also also, you can make that black area at the bottom of the IDE bigger, to see the rest of the error message.
That screen shot is impossible to read.
Just copy and paste the code and error message using the code button </> to present it properly.

I have a laptop with touchscreen, it's pretty cool, but i agree on what you are saying, #1 says it all, there is a '}' missing and a '{' as well.
