I have a EN29LV040A with 18 addr pins and 8i/o, chip-enable, Write-enable, vcc & ground.
the datasheet says :
• Single power supply operation
- Full voltage range: 2.7-3.6 volt read and write
operations for battery-powered applications.
- Regulated voltage range: 3.0-3.6 volt read
and write operations for high performance
3.3 volt microprocessors.
so I'd need to power it with the 3.3V but my concern is with the data-lines. Arduino's High signal datalines are set at 5V. can i put 5V into the EN29LV040A signal I/O, Chip-Enable & Write-Enable pins without burning it?
