In TouchScreen Velleman VMA412, it looks like the OP managed to move his own topic.

Is this a feature of the new forum?

Yes.

I believe it requires being a certain level.

That user just changed the category of one of his topics by clicking on the pencil next to the topic title.

@Coding_Badly, I also thought that. But this was a user with a low post count.

@dax1, so any user can do that.
