With a popular kind of Bluetooth receiver you can connect it to a stereo and play music to it from your smartphone. This is what I am looking for. You can get them from so many suppliers. This is two of them:

The first one got the parring name, KN321/KN319 to be found in a list on the mobile phone or other music Bluetooth play device. Due to an application with many such devices to be seen from same device and many not technical users (that might not find out to change this name on their phone) I like to be able to change this name, KN321/KN319 to a name I decide, that is meaningfull in the application. Different suppliers just use other names than KN321/KN319.
If it could be done via the already seen USB connection on the device, it would be so nice. But I have not been able to find a product, that offer this possibility. The USB connections on these devices seems only to be used for power supply.
Do you know of a Bluetooth receiver able to do this?
Do some Arduino device offer such a service?
