do you all know if I bought this motor: (Amazon.com) could I connect it to these arduino drivers?
(Amazon.com)
This driver is a very old model.
There are new drivers with better performance.
For this motors recommend the TB6600 drivers.
You can connect that heavy duty, high current stepper motor to those ancient, extremely inefficient brushed DC motor drivers for toys, but the drivers will just overheat and shut down, in a second or two.
Those are serious stepper motors, and require a serious, heavy duty stepper motor driver, capable of at least 4.5 Amperes/winding at 40 to 50V. For example.
I'm not recommending that example, particularly given the obvious, utter nonsense on the product page, but they seem to work for some people.

You will also need a heavy duty motor power supply, capable of several Amperes at 24 to 48V.
