Can you get data from Microsoft flight simulator?

i am looking to make a radio pannel for microsoft flight simulator and i wanted to tuse arduinos but i cant figure out if i can get the radio frequencies from microsoft flight sim to send to the arduino

no, i'll give it a go i thought this may have a few people who have done it and i am not 100% sure where to post it there
