hi guys! Can you help me with the ade9000? Can you point me to some video tutorials or a page about this project?
I would like to test all the power quality functions of the three-phase signals of this device. In addition to the datasheet, I would like some other material.

Are you just going to use the chip or are you using some circuit board WITH the chip on it, along with other components?

Ah no sensors as rogowski coils and as arduino microcontroller

Ah, yes, Rogowski coils. Remember then well. My late company built thousands of interface boards for them and attached connectors to the cables on the coils. The coils all came from Italy.
Clever design and easy to make, but difficult to calibrate. Never tried to make one. Most difficulty seems to be the flexible housing.

Can't you help me with the ade9000? 
Can we assume you have PRINTED the document you linked to, plus the chip data sheet and the technical reference manual?
Do you have Arduino Zero their test code works with?
Have you downloaded their libraries and the calibration sketch form their web site and can you compile it?
Until most of that is done, there is no way of knowing what you need help with.
