The burnt one in the middle
What is it from?
Problem solved. It’s a power transistor. 4P04L11 second line says GBD 727 but I can’t find a new replacement.
Check here for a replacement:
From the burn though (ouch!) I'd be worried that there's other damage as well. Can you just replace the entire module/circuit board?
The worst of all is a SMPS. Failures frequently "take out" multiple components, and replacing one will often result in its prompt failure as a consequence.
It might be fine - the fact the soldermask on the board has gone black means it got hot, not
necessarily that it failed. Failed power MOSFETs tend to explode. The PCB however may be
a mush of conductive carbon now, which would be a show-stopper.

Yes I can. Already ordered the new board but it’s shipped overseas and I’m trying to fix this board in the meantime.
Thanks for the link but ali express takes forever to deliver here. I’m looking for some local vendor or some international store that sends express shipping.

Makes sense. Will see if I can test the mosfet before ordering the replacement.
Maybe you can get help from the manufacturer: Semiconductor & System Solutions - Infineon Technologies . At the top of their web page, click "where to buy" and see if there's anything helpful there. You might also try "contact" on the same menu.
