Cannot access arduino from chromeOs

Hi!

I am having problem accessing the board from a Chromebook. I paid the subscription to the app but it always says the trial is expired.
I tried clearing cookies and cache, I created another arduinoaccount to match the same email used to buy the app, but nothing worked so far.
