Hello I was using the IOT cloud service time a go and now I wan to use it again but I'm not ble to connect my MKR1000 again.
I rememner that Arduino agent had problems with my MaAfee firewall so I desable it, and I download the last wersion of the arduino agent but nothing. Usually The arduino agent was the colour of arduino, Blueish but now has white colour. Is this a sign of a problem? please see screeshot below.
Please let me know something.
