Cannot connect to GIGA R1 - show DFU ports 2-4

Out of the box I could access the GIGA and upload data. However, since today, I get "Invalid DFU suffix signature" error. Failed uploading: uploading error: exit status 74

  • don't see any port available
  • double click on the BOOT0 doens't provide access
  • start-up with the RST button doen'st give any access
  • if I click both BOOT0 and RTS together a few times, I hear USB on/off

Here is an overview of the error messages which I get:

Any help or suggestions would be fantastic.
I love to get access to the board again.

Regards,

Bas.

Have you found something ? I’m in the same case

Hi Dolba,

Yes, I contacted my reseller, which contacted Arduino in Italy. There was an issue with an initial batch of GIGA’s. I returned my GIGA and received a new, correct working one, immediately.

Kind regards,

Bas.

Hi Botberg ! Thanks a lot, I am going to do the same thing
