Cannot create a Arduino Store Profile

Hello,
sorry for using the forum for this subject but I cannot find a webmaster's address on the web site.
I am trying to create a Arduino Store Profile, but I cannot get it.
I registered for an account, I logged into my account and I went to Profile page.
Then I tried to create a Arduino Store Profile.
I choose:

  • Company
  • Italy
    and I pushed 'Submit'.
    The page refreshed showing me again the initial values (Private and Aaland Island).
    The Arduino Store Profile was not created.
    I tried all this using a IE8 browser.
    I tried also with a VM with IE7 browser.
    This time there was also a VAT text box but was not enabled to editing.
    When I tried to push 'Submit' the page refreshed as before.

The store has a big Contact Us link...

Sorry, on my browser I cannot see any big 'Contact Us'.
I am not trying to go to the store but to add a Arduino Store Profile to my profile.
I read that in order to buy from the store you need a Arduino Store Profile: that's what I am trying to do.

Did you go to the store site? it has a collections of links across the top - Store, Blog, Sell, Contact Us....

If you are having problems with the store site, you should go to the store site to complain.
