Cannot find Node MCU esp8266 in board menu

Running Arduino v 1.8.8
In Device Manager under PORTS - USB-SERIAL CH340(COM7) shows that it is working correctly
Under FILE-PREFERENCES ---- Additional Boards Manager URL's is blank

How can I install the correct board manager ?
