Cannot install Arduino IDE

I just downloaded the IDE 1.6.1 and when I try to install in I get this box which gives me the option to abort, retry or ignore.

Error opening file for writing:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\java\bin\awt.dll

Click abort to stop the installation,
Retry to try again, or
Ignore to skip this file.

I looked up on google and the only help I could find was that I might not have permission to run the file but I am running it as administrator.

Has any else had this problem or knows how to fix it?

Thanks for the help. I am not really sure what the problem was. But I changed the file location from Program Files (x86) to Program Files and it installed no problem.

I solved it. Actually when you want to upgrade, the C:\Program File (x86)....\java\awt.dll will already be existing. Worst, if some program is using it in background.

Solution is simple. Shutdown Windows. Restart it. First thing to do is go to the c:\program files (x86)... and delete arudino\java folder. That's it.

Now run the new set up. It should be ok now and will give no error.
