Also in the device manager I can not find the board, not under other devices.So no uploading possible.

My crystal ball is in the dishwasher. Please provide details like

  1. Which version of Windows?
  2. Which board? Clone or original?
  3. Did you try different cables; for boards with microUSB connector, be aware that there are charge-only cables (used by e.g. power banks and Bluetooth speakers) and data/sync cables (used by e.g. older cell-phones for communications with PC).
  4. Did you ever manage to upload to the board when it was new? If yes, what is the project that you're working on now.
