cannot run avr-g++... what does that mean?

Hi-

I tried to run my program (it wasn't anything special, so I won't post it here) and i got the following error message:

Cannot run program "avr-g++": CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified

I don't have a CLUE what it means, and i don't think it is a problem with my code. Is this a solvable problem? Please respond ASAP.

No. CreateProcess is a Windows API call.
