Cannot setup NANO 33 IoT for cloud

Hello,

I am trying to set up my NANO 33IoT for the cloud. I have installed Arduino create agent.

When setting up the device, I can, when hitting the reset button twice, be lucky and get trough step 1 and 2. Its trying to complete step 3 but it suddenly just says it cannot find any device.

Have tried several times, restarted pc. Connected and disconnected Nano..

Please help

Try just using the IDE to upload a simple blank program, then re try from the cloud - this fixed it for me .

Update

I tried doing exactly the same using my MacBook. It worked first try..

Update the board's WiFiNINA by following Check and update the firmware for WiFiNINA and then follow these guides
