Cannot upload [same topic again] Mac OS X 10

Hello all,

Repeated problem:
Very annoying!, must reboot computer every time I need upload. Unplugging USB cable, closing Arduino app, resetting board,... has no avail.

Any hints to fix this? Does it work on older versions? MPIDE did not have this.
Please help...

Very annoying, thinking of quitting the platform! Cannot reboot every time!

It sounds like your issue is specific to the chipKIT stuff? You should check the chipKIT forum - I'm sure they have one, because the people who use chipKIT with arduino don't seem to hang out here. I hardly ever see posts about it - I don't think you'll find people who are familiar with chipkit here.

This forum is very heavy on the 8-bit avr, with some SAM (due/zero), and some teensy evangalists, and of course a bunch of people playing with ESP8266's because they're cheaper than a cup of coffee.
