Cannot Upload to Uno Board. Permission Denied

This is a new install of the IDE on Ubuntu 20.4. I am trying to upload the Blink example to an Uno just to test that I am able to upload code. It did not work. I was able to select Uno as my board and I selected the only available port which was dev/ttyUSB0. The programmer was preset to USBtinyISP. Here is the error message with verbose enabled:

Arduino: 1.8.13 (Linux), Board: "Arduino Uno"

avrdude done.  Thank you.

Problem uploading to board.  See http://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Troubleshooting#upload for suggestions.

This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
option enabled in File -> Preferences.

Try this:
https://www.arduino.cc/en/guide/linux#toc6

That solved the problem. Thank you so much.

You're welcome. I'm glad to hear it's working now. Enjoy!
