Where did you find the theoretical figure of 104uA? Does ArduinoLowPower library fully support all sleep modes of the MKR 1310? Are the other ICs on the board either powered down or in the deepest possible sleep? If the latter, what is their expected current consumption?

It turned out that the WAN 1310 I'm using is faulty. I used another one and with that one I'm at 18uA in deepSleep().

Can't achieve the promised 104uA. Not even close?
