Can't add my rp2040 to devices

Hi, i've ordered an arduino connect rp2040.
I already install the create agent at the latest version (1.27) but when i try to add the device on the iot cloud it fails with the error:
"we are not to configure your device
Executing command: exit status 1"
What can i do?

A couple of questions:

  • What OS are you using?
  • Is the device detected and the issue happens when you try to add it?
  • Is the device not detected at all?

I’m using win 64, the device is detected, i can choose the name but it fails in the next step

Not Clear is the device detected or not and if detected what is status of it

The device is detected, but it fails at the next step. It shows this error:
“we are not able to configure your device
Executing command: exit status 1"

I’ve already tried to restart the pc, arduino and also reinstall the create agent

Where this error message is been shown in IDE or in Device manager of PC

Hi, can you check the WiFi Firmware of your RP2040 and make sure it is at least 1.4.8 ?
