Can't Arduino M0 flash bootloader?

Hi，

I have an Arduino M0 board. I tried to erase the chip by using Atmel Studio 7 and. It cannot be erased using J-link ARM.

Gives the following error message:

Severity: ERROR

Component Number: 20100

Status code: 131103

ModuleName: TCF (TCF command: Device: Erase failed.)

Failed to write AP register 0x1

Is there some (other) way to erase the chip and reuse the Arduino M0 board?

I have a SAMD21 M0+ board too (though not Arduino) and Jlink works perfectly fine with Atmel Studio 7
