cant be able to connect with arduino

i've uno & window 7.
i'm trying to connect with it but i failed.
im tring to upload example of mpu6050_DMP6 but it showing error after taking long time as

so, what should i do , kindly plz help me . I'm the fresher for arduino.

Do you have an origianl Arduino or a clone?
Most likely you got a clone and the USB serial comm driver is missing.
Look at your board and if you can identify a CH340 chip onboard. If so, you will need a suitable driver.
