can't connect arduino to windows

When i connect my arduino uno R3 or arduino nano, windows say it's usual connect sound but then 2 seconds after i say it's disconnect sound, and keep doing it, until i disconnect it. In Device Manager it says

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

and in the drivers it says

I did try connecting it to all the usb ports and a powerd usb hub and another cable and external power.
I did also try updating my drivers.

The really wierd thing is if i connect it to my laptop it works fine.

It would be awesome if you could help

No idea, but have you tried re-installing the drivers?

i think so by disabling it in Device manager and deleting the entrys in windows registry

but not sure how it is done corretly
