Can't connect arduino mega 2560 with GSM ...hello I'm trying to test connection between arduino and GSM..I got error modem not answer..my modem use dB 15 as output so I use cable db16 to dB 9 to the rs232 converter..so the problem is does I need to jump CTS and RTS ? On the converter?
